A vibrant, fantastical world where sound can be perceived through all the senses.
The screech of a tram, the splashing of a fountain, the chirping of birds — everyday noises become the elements of a living composition blending dance, painting, installation and gestural choreography. Sound becomes visible, tangible and perceptible in new ways. In collaboration with Deaf artists, a poetic counter-world emerges in the heart of the city: a space open to everyone, regardless of how they hear. Résonance reveals the many ways in which we perceive sound — and invites us to question our relationship to noise, silence and resonance.
