Description
spooning & entre.les.montagnes is a piece about forgetting, repression, and the potential of memory. Sami Lea Samira Bernath takes hold of the « Löffelä » — an instrument used to accompany traditional Swiss music — and removes it from its original context. She sets out in search of permeability and openness from a queer perspective. By deconstructing this Helvetic tradition, she explores how intergenerational knowledge can nourish society and how exclusion can be broken through reinterpretation. A play of traces, vibrations, and dissonances moves through the body and space to create a rhythm for everyone.
