Our goal is to make the professional journey of artists smoother, more sustainable, and aligned with fair and inclusive practices. From grant applications to financial management, project coordination, and professional development, we offer tailored solutions that allow artists to focus on what matters most: their art.

• Management Services – association management, HR administration, and reliable bookkeeping.
• Professional Development – setting up associations, independent status, and customized administrative tools.
• Additional Services – project analysis, grant writing, design & layout, and coordination support.

LE VOISIN ensures and guarantees the completion of all annual tasks required for the proper and legal management of your association, including organising the General Assembly, handling social security declarations, and managing and closing the yearly accounts.

Please note that we observe two annual closure periods, allowing for a summer break and the preparation of administrative and accounting year-end tasks. During those periods,
our activities are paused : 15 July to 15 August and 15 December to 15 January.

For additional tasks; such as grant applications, project management, payroll, and any other specific needs; our involvement occurs upon the project manager’s request, rather than through proactive action on our part.
